What this site is

This website presents information about the homes we manage, the areas we serve, and our property management services. It is a marketing and information site. It does not itself take reservations, process payments, or create a management relationship.

Reservations

Reservations, rates, fees, taxes, payment, cancellation, refund and damage policies are governed entirely by the terms presented at checkout onbooking.casaltastays.com, together with any rental agreement and house rules provided for the specific home. Those terms are shown to you before you confirm a booking and control if anything on this website conflicts with them. Bookings made through third-party platforms are additionally governed by that platform’s terms.

Property management inquiries

Descriptions of our management services, programs and past results are general information, not an offer, a guarantee of future performance, or investment, tax or legal advice. Any management engagement is governed solely by a signed property management agreement between the owner and Casalta.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep photography, descriptions, amenities and availability current, and homes are added and removed from the portfolio over time. Content on this site may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change or remove it without notice. Live rates and availability are only those shown on the booking engine.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to submit false or misleading information, to send unsolicited commercial messages, to scrape or bulk-collect content, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, or to do anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Casalta name, logos, photography, copy and design on this site belong to Casalta or are used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Listing platforms’ marks are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links and services

This site links to systems we do not operate, including our booking engine and owner portal (operated for us by Guesty) and third-party listing platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casalta and its members, managers and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the terms of a confirmed reservation or a signed management agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute relating to this website is the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
